Cheddar Baked Oysters

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen Jumbo Fisherman's Daughter Oysters
  • 1 package Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 tbps Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
    Shuck Oysters on half shell and place on baking sheet or muffin tin.
    Top with Cheddar Cheese, Chili Garlic Sauce and sprinkle with Old Bay.
    Bake for 20-minutes or until cheese is melted.

Italian Baked Oysters

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1/2 cup parmesean cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Shuck Oysters and set aside.
    Heat saucepan to medium heat on stove top. Add butter
    Dice Onion and add to saucepan. Cook 5 minutes or until translucent. 
    Reduce heat to simmer and add panko, Italian seasoning and parmesan. Stir to incorporate.
    Top shucked oysters with filling and place on cookie sheet or muffin tin.
    Place in oven on top rack for up to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
